Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

All new users receive a 7-day free trial with Starter-tier credits. No payment information is required. You will never be charged automatically at the end of a trial — you must actively subscribe to a paid plan.

2. Subscription Refunds

We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of your first subscription charge under the following conditions:

• You request the refund within 7 days of the initial charge
• You have consumed fewer than 20% of your monthly credit allocation
• This is your first subscription to that tier (not a renewal or re-subscription)

Renewal charges (monthly or yearly auto-renewals) are generally non-refundable. However, if you did not intend to renew and contact us within 48 hours of the renewal charge, we will evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Yearly subscriptions: If you cancel a yearly plan within 7 days and have not consumed significant credits, we will refund the full annual amount.

3. Credit Top-Up Packs

One-time credit top-up purchases are non-refundable once any credits have been consumed. If you purchased a credit pack and have not used any credits from it, you may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. When you cancel:

• Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period
• You will not be charged again
• Your account reverts to the Free tier at period end
• Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period

5. Service Outages

In the event of a significant service outage (more than 24 hours of unavailability in a billing period), we will proactively issue credit extensions or partial refunds at our discretion. We will communicate any such compensation via email.

6. How to Request a Refund

Email us at contact@atomiser.ai with:

• Your registered email address
• The date of the charge
• The reason for your refund request

We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method via Dodo Payments.

7. Payment Processor Policies

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued by Dodo Payments directly to your original payment method.
