Atomiser is an AI-powered video creation platform that transforms long-form video content into short-form clips, adds AI-generated captions, reframes video for multiple aspect ratios, and provides related content creation tools. The Service operates on a credit-based system where 1 credit = 1 minute of video processed.

Atomiser offers the following subscription tiers:
Credits reset on your monthly billing date and do not roll over. Unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle. Additional credits may be purchased as one-time top-ups.

By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. All prices are displayed before purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
For Paddle transactions, your invoice will be issued by Paddle. For Razorpay transactions, your invoice will reflect our business details.
New users receive a 7-day free trial with Starter-tier credits. No payment information is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial, your account reverts to the Free tier unless you subscribe to a paid plan.

Atomiser is designed as a productivity tool for content creators to repurpose their own content. The following content is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination:
Important: By using Atomiser, you certify that you have all necessary rights, licences, and permissions for any content you upload, including consent from any individuals appearing in your content. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws.

You retain full ownership of all content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your content solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you.
The Atomiser platform, including its AI models, interface, branding, and underlying technology, is our exclusive property. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We process your data in accordance with applicable Indian data protection laws and, where applicable, GDPR.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Upon cancellation:

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated output will meet your specific requirements. AI-generated content may occasionally produce inaccurate results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
